(post one)I have learned many valuable techniques and tricks this semester, in Mrs. James's Computer Essentials II class. From Illustrator to Photoshop, between blog posts and vinyl designing, we covered it all. I really enjoyed Mrs. James's class, and all of the opportunities and experiences it had to offer. In this particular blogpost, I am going to be showcasing some of my proudest creations, and some of the tips and tricks I've learned this semester. Enjoy, and feel free to try some for yourself! Favorites!
Throughout this semester, I have learned many cool tips, tricks, and tools. I have had many favorites, and although the decision is tough I have chosen five that I would like to showcase as my true favorites. If you look above, I have created a slideshow of all of the projects I have prepared to show to you. Word artI enjoyed creating this word art piece because it gave my peers and I an opportunity to really showcase our personalities, and definitely added something to my blog along with theirs. Face SwapI found this trick fairly humorous, and quite interesting as far as learning blending tools and learning how to make the swap look as natural as possible. In this example I placed Donald Trump's face onto Angelina Jolie's head. Hopefully you get a chuckle out of this as I did! Clone StampI found this tool very useful and interesting, which is why it is one of my favorites. I used the clone stamp tool to remove the guy from this photo and replace him with his surroundings. Making the photo yet again, look as natural as possible. Cooltext.com Cool Text Graphics Generator is one of the many cool websites we have used this semester to make funny and unique text/photo creations. Using this particular website, I was able to create a unique gif font of flames! Check the link below to try for yourself! Photo FuniaPhoto Funia, along with the previous website is a cool website where you can create unique photos for free! I love this tool! Check the link below to try for yourself! What I took away from this classI took away knowledge of how to use photoshop and illustrator along with many other cool websites and tools. I am thankful for getting the opportunity to learn such things in such a great class! What tools will I possibly use in the future? In the future, if given access to photoshop/illustrator/tools that I have shown above, I might use the clone stamp tool or the face swap tool. I might use the clone stamp tool to edit unwanted objects/people out of photos that I take as the Abilene FFA Chapter's Junior Photographer. I might use the face swap technique to create funny, natural looking face swaps for friends to have a good laugh! I hope that you found this post helpful or interesting! Thank you!for this all that I did was dragged and dropped the photo of mr. trump in, used the magic eraser tool to erase the background behind him, dragged and dropped in a background of choice, and lastly moved the photo of mr. trump to being the top layer.
Below is a slideshow of photos accessible for you to use: My results before and after: STEPS:
